Challenge
A pharmaceutical company offered strong well-being benefits, but employees did not know how to access them or feel permission to use them, leaving valuable resources underutilized.
Engagement
sr4 implemented a grassroots strategy built on five pillars of well-being: physical, behavioral, financial, social, and workplace. We trained employee ambassadors to share personal stories, promoted resources through natural networks, and equipped managers to lead by example.
Results
The initiative aligned with research showing that effective well-being programs can increase productivity by 29%, reduce absenteeism, and lower health costs by 26%. The company was so encouraged by the results that it expanded the effort globally.
