What I liked best was discussing and aligning on organizational priorities, which we hadn’t done before as a group. The facilitation was great and the exercises were thought provoking. I appreciated the team’s willingness to lean in, the focus on inquiry, and the mix of large and small group breakouts that kept the sessions engaging and focused.
