As the president of this organization, I must say this was the most engaging, warm, participatory gathering in my entire time here.
I loved the high engagement, from icebreakers to small-group exercises. It created a safe, collaborative space where we learned from each other, named real action items, and built shared ownership. Having an external facilitator made the experience especially valuable and energizing.
