I really appreciated the sr4 facilitator’s style and how she engaged everyone. She clearly knows her stuff and was confident leading a group of leaders. The discussion was delivered really well, with a great balance of content and table dialogue. The time to self-reflect and share learnings as a team was especially valuable.
