Engagement
The client partnered with sr4 Partners to deliver monthly leadership trainings through the a customized program, supporting first-time people leaders from managers to executives. Leaders built skills in bias and belonging, healthy conflict, and core leadership practices. Employees also participated in the Holistic Leadership Program by sr4 and received one-on-one coaching to support growth and advancement.
