Good positive flow without being ‘sappy’ or ‘overly-happy.’ The level of facilitation was great and the sessions were very engaging. I loved the bonding with different team members during the group sessions. The facilitator did a great job with both content and facilitation, giving us space to work through discussion topics, keeping us on track, and leaning in at the right moments with thoughtful timing.
