Building Awareness of Work Style Preferences
A 90 minute Virtual, instructor led training (VILT) for your PEOPLE LEADERS
About this Leadership Training:
DISC is the universal language of observable behavior. It explains how a person does the work they do. How someone performs a specific task is called their work style preference. In a healthy working environment, a diversity of work style preferences leads to better, more innovative solutions. If not properly managed, however, different work style preferences lead to conflict and misunderstanding. In this leadership training, we’ll use the DISC framework to build awareness of the different workstyle preferences and learning how making space for each of them in how a team operates can help create a sense of belonging, more innovative solutions and lead to better outcomes for the organization.
