About this Leadership Training:

According to a study by Management Research Group, empathy is the top competence for good leadership and a significant predictor of success. In this leadership training, we will provide your leaders with the strategies and habits to cultivate more empathy on your team - beginning with empathic listening. Empathic listening will boost your team’s creativity, enhance their ability to negotiate effectively and improve overall customer satisfaction.
