The Denison 360 Assessment
The Denison 360 assessment measures a leader’s performance on a set of 12 leadership behaviors linked to high performing business cultures.
The Denison Assessment will help:
Build an individualized action plan for each leader
Provide an in-depth look at how specific skills and practices impact leadership performance
Offer personalized insight into creating a high-performance culture
The assessment is offered through an online platform and takes 15-20 minutes to complete. The Denison 360 provides a common language for leaders to talk about strengths and opportunities, and can support overall culture and engagement objectives through an enterprise-wide culture survey (optional).
