MCG Health is hosting a series of small group listening sessions. These will be hosted across the organization and facilitated by colleagues who have been trained to guide these important conversations. Everyone is invited to share their experience and offer ideas on how to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment at MCG. Groups will consist of 4-6 employees and be assigned randomly, according to your preferred date and time. Following the listening sessions, you will receive a link to anonymously provide any feedback to the IDEAS Committee that surfaced in your discussion. Survey data will be collected, analyzed, and utilized by the IDEAS Committee to inform our strategy and priorities moving forward as it relates to DEI work at MCG.
