Over the last few months, a national tidal wave of support for racial justice has swept its way into companies from large to small. Leaders at all levels have scrambled to respond and determine appropriate actions for their stakeholders - and most significantly, their employees. As an Executive Coach, Author and Leadership Consultant, Ellen Burton has been advising leaders and working with organizations on workplace inclusion for years, and she joined us for a critical conversation to reflect on our acute awareness of racial injustice, it’s impact on business and what we all might do to support healthy change.
