As an Organizational Health Consultant for sr4 Partners, you will partner with the sr4 team to deliver extraordinary client experiences in the areas of: holistic leaders, cohesive teams, thriving cultures and inclusive change, and contribute to the future strategy and overall success of this important and differentiating work. You will work at a company redefining leadership development - utilizing experiential learning and community to cultivate leaders who are better stewards of themselves, their team and the world. You will be a key driver of change in developing more emotionally intelligent, inclusive and values-based leaders, teams and organizations. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your project management, consulting, learning design / delivery, and sales / marketing skills in the process. In doing this work, you will interact with the entire sr4 team, clients, Ignite by sr4 community members, and be a critical voice in the overall work and success of our clients and company. • Have 7+ years of professional related work experience

• Are able to work autonomously and collaboratively to continuously deliver extraordinary work

• Have experience managing and contributing to consulting projects

• Are excited about contributing to the company vision, strategy, design and planning on a collaborative team

• Are an independent thinker who likes to problem-solve and try new ways of working

• Enjoy being a trusted advisor & strategic thought partner for clients

• Have contributed to a diverse and inclusive work culture and actively worked to ensure colleagues / clients feel a sense of belonging

• Enjoy client facing interactions and representing sr4’s values (be present, create a healthy climate, speak your truth, take ownership, have fun)

• Believe, live, and teach the values of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and how it makes organizations perform better

• Are able to move quickly and think fast in an entrepreneurial, small business environment

• Are willing to wear multiple hats, including consultant, learning designer, project manager, facilitator, coach etc

• Are able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

• Are interested in supporting business development needs

• Are familiar with GSuite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Box and other collaboration and project management tools

THIS WORK IN ACTION LOOKS LIKE…

• Facilitation: facilitating leadership trainings, virtually & in person

• Meeting Design & Facilitation: consulting with leadership teams to design & facilitate meetings that focus on building team cohesion & creating organizational strategy & alignment

• Instructional Design: designing new trainings that are rooted in adult learning principles that we could offer through Ignite or Elevate

• Business Development: Cultivating client relationships with new and existing clients

• Client/Project Management: Project management and client communication related to the work

• DEI: Working with DEI Councils, facilitating strategy work, project management, training internal facilitators at client organizations to host DEI listening sessions

• Coaching: Coaching leaders at our client organizations, designing/participating in coaching engagements

• Ignite: Hosting and facilitating Ignite sessions

The position is full time, flexible hybrid environment and may require travel depending on client needs
