Supporting A Small Business Through Coaching For Growth

The Challenge 

A sole-proprietor wanted to find a new way to scale-up his bodywork and holistic health business so that he could serve more patients.

This challenge is one of developing healthy leaders – healthy leaders get the best out of themselves and the people they lead.

The Engagement 

We began by studying the holistic health practice and taking time to understand our clients personal approach. Through this process, we were able to clarify his goals and create a comprehensive plan for increasing his impact - for turning a hands-on, one-on-one clinic into a local teaching institute.

The Results 

By expanding our client’s business and including those who could provide care in a manner consistent with our client’s values, a swelling list of satisfied patients began receiving expert care in the community.

We know that the growth of small businesses may appear to be limited by current capacities. However, we believe that when leaders dedicate the time to think through what they want to achieve and work with a coach who helps by finding a safe place to stand, moving forward from there, and checking and adjusting along the way, there is no limit to what they can achieve.
