About this Leadership Training:
We all have preferences for how we influence, but they are more or less effective in different environments. How we influence the teams we lead may not work when to want to influence our peers, or the people who lead us.
In this workshop, you will learn more about tactics for influence and surface potential blind spots so you can adjust to the situation you are in and the people you are working with.
Learning Outcomes & What to Expect:
Understand how your influence can be used more effectively
Identify how you can use this influence to manage up (and across) appropriately
Learn and practice a framework for using your influence and managing those around you in the best way possible
Discuss and connect with team members and colleagues in small groups
