In part 2 of this training series, we will explore barriers to advancing DEI and how to address them. Learning to recognize our biases and implement practices for inclusion will create a healthy and thriving organization. In this training, we’ll uncover the most common types of biases and how they affect our work, individually and as leaders. We’ll explore how to mitigate these biases and address company systems and structures that are preventing greater diversity, equity and inclusion at Daxko.
