About this training: 

Everyone has implicit biases that influence how we see the world, approach our work, and make decisions. Learning to recognize our biases and implement practices for inclusion will enhance your culture of belonging - one that elevates your employee experience, builds trust, and ultimately creates a healthier organization. In this training, we’ll uncover the most common types of biases and how they affect our work. More importantly, we’ll explore how to mitigate these biases and move toward a more inclusive and equitable company culture.
