About this Training:

Having uncomfortable conversations at work is never easy. However, avoiding conflict and difficult conversations can actually lead to the dysfunction of teams, lack of performance and have a negative impact on the business as a whole. According to a study by Management Research Group, empathy is the top competency for good leadership and a significant predictor of success. In this training, we will outline strategies and habits to cultivate more empathy on your team - beginning with empathetic listening. In addition, discuss ways to approach difficult conversations and provide techniques to skillfully interact in these situations in a productive way.
